The majority of our clothes are made-to-order for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our clothing and accessories (pre-made or custom), as they are final sale.
If you receive a product from us with serious damage, please contact our support team at support@silkmothstore.com with your order number and reason for return within 48 hours of package receipt. Please include comprehensive details along with images of the product(s) delivered, showing the damage, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. It may take 2-3 business days for our support team to respond to you.
Should our support team decide to accept the return or exchange, the clothing must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. We will provide you with a return label, the cost of which will be subtracted from your refund amount. All return or exchange shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
Your order should be delivered back to Silk Moth, LLC at the address provided on the label within ten business days of receiving the shipping label. Delays in shipping your return can result in the cancellation of your return.
